1. Program Description
Taylor Smith & Associates Inc. offers a text messaging program ("Program") to individuals who submit their mobile phone number through our website or forms and affirmatively opt in to receive text messages. The Program is used to communicate about off-market land opportunities, including but not limited to: responding to landowner or builder inquiries, sharing property or acreage details, requesting or providing follow-up information needed to evaluate a potential land purchase or sale, scheduling calls or consultations, and providing updates on the status of a transaction.
2. Opt-In Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our website form, you expressly consent to receive text messages, including messages sent by automated technology, from the Company at the mobile number provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, service, or engaging in any transaction with the Company.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry. In general, you can expect to receive messages over a 10-day period following your initial inquiry or opt-in, after which messaging related to that inquiry will conclude unless you re-engage with us. If you submit a new inquiry, a new 10-day messaging period may begin.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan. The Company is not responsible for any charges assessed by your wireless carrier.
5. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages from the Company at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After you send "STOP," we will confirm your opt-out via one final text message and you will not receive further messages from that campaign unless you opt in again in the future.

Messages sent as part of this Program relate solely to the purpose described above (off-market land buying/selling communications) and do not include unrelated marketing content, unless you separately opt in to another program.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.

Your use of the Program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information, including mobile opt-in data.
